one of the easiest ways to make gold is mining right now shop needs quite a bit of fossils too and they are being bought at emporium shop.
in order to mine u need to go to area whre they can be found and buy a licence from the task master who will be in one of the entrances of the area. prices of licences are difrent in each area costing from 5k to 30k.
once u got the licence u jsut need to move about the area and pick the fossils from the ground as simple as that. if no agros dont even need to fight any mobs.
best and easiest way is just auto walk about the area and clicking g(pick all) whenever u see a fossil. a licence lasts for 15 min at lvl0 mining u will get avrege of 25-40 fossils as u lvl ur mining u will be getting more and more fossil.

stannum/tin- Slum, license price= 10000 he is map number 8806
Silver - Vineyard, license price= 11250
Lead – Dead Rock, license price= 12500 he is map number 5691
Sulphur - Jungle, license price=25000

This was very helpful. I thought mining needed a plat item, so was never gonna try it. I made 20k from my first trip through ruby mine.
Also never thought to use "g" to pickup in auto-walk this is super helpful.
