whats best build for pvp?

too broad a question can be fighter tank or mage pending on lvl how u normaly hunt whats ur gear and so on but lets say acual lvl and gear 1 on 1 i would say mage

ok i need a little help i think my builds good but could use an opinion or 2 at lev 133 i could hit for about 2k damage and have 2.3k hp i run a mana shield of 5.6k with buffs and sanc i have 32 levs in str 15 in martial 75 for buffs and 13 in mind and am a sword using elf with all mp gear + wand any tips or opinions would be helpful a freind runs this build and does ok i want to try it but idk if its good?
